1. Introduction

Welcome to DailyPESA (the "Platform"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access and use of DailyPESA. By registering, depositing funds, or participating in any activities on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

IMPORTANT: DAILY PESA IS NOT A REGISTERED FINANCIAL INSTITUTION OR INVESTMENT PLATFORM. PARTICIPATION IS VOLUNTARY AND AT YOUR OWN RISK.

2. Eligibility

2.1 To use DailyPESA, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old;
• Reside in Uganda or in jurisdictions where participation is legally permitted;
• Agree to these Terms in full.

2.2 By using the Platform, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. Nature of the Platform

3.1 DailyPESA allows users to purchase packages that may generate daily returns of 10% of the purchased amount. These returns are not guaranteed.

3.2 The Platform operates as an entertainment service and is not a licensed financial, banking, or investment institution.

3.3 All earnings displayed are subject to change and may not reflect real, withdrawable funds.

4. User Responsibilities

4.1 Users acknowledge and accept that:

• All participation is voluntary;
• There is a risk of partial or complete loss of funds;
• Users are responsible for their own decisions and actions on the Platform;
• DailyPESA does not provide financial advice.

5. Risk Acknowledgement

5.1 Participation carries significant risk, including but not limited to:

• Loss of deposited funds;
• Platform downtime or suspension of accounts;
• Changes in policies, algorithms, or payout schedules;
• Partial or complete withholding of funds at the Platform's discretion.

5.2 You accept full responsibility for these risks and acknowledge that DailyPESA will not be liable for any losses incurred.

6. Deposit and Purchase Policy

6.1 By depositing funds or purchasing packages, you agree that:

• All funds deposited are final and non-refundable;
• DailyPESA reserves the right to suspend, adjust, or withhold any deposited funds;
• Package returns may be modified, delayed, or stopped without prior notice.

6.2 Users are advised not to deposit more than they can afford to lose.

7. Withdrawal Policy

7.1 Withdrawals are processed at the sole discretion of DailyPESA and may be delayed, limited, or denied.

7.2 DailyPESA is not responsible for failure to process withdrawals or for any loss of funds arising from withdrawal issues.

WARNING: WITHDRAWALS MAY BE UNAVAILABLE AT ANY TIME WITHOUT NOTICE OR EXPLANATION.

8. Account Termination and Suspension

8.1 DailyPESA may suspend, restrict, or terminate user accounts at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Suspected fraudulent or illegal activity;
• Violation of these Terms;
• Business decisions of the Platform;
• No reason whatsoever.

8.2 Upon termination, any remaining funds or earnings may be forfeited entirely.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by Ugandan law, DailyPESA, its officers, employees, agents, or affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Loss of funds or inability to withdraw;
• Service interruptions or downtime;
• Errors or inaccuracies in displayed returns;
• Any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages arising from participation.

9.2 Users agree that their sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Platform is to stop using it.

10. No Financial Advice

10.1 DailyPESA is not a financial advisor. Any information provided on the Platform is for informational purposes only and should not be considered investment advice.

11. Amendments to Terms

11.1 DailyPESA reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

11.2 Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

12.1 These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Uganda.

12.2 Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the Platform shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Uganda.
